Who we are

What data we process, and why

• Account & contact data (name, email): to deliver your daily digest and manage your subscription. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Resume and profile data (the resume you upload, your questionnaire answers, optional LinkedIn profile export you upload yourself): used exclusively to build your job-matching profile. Legal basis: contract performance. We never sell or share this data, and never use it for advertising.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Email delivery data: our email provider processes your address to deliver digests.

Storage and retention

Profile data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your resume and matching profile within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing hello@scanforremotejobs.com.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Email hello@scanforremotejobs.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery). Data processing agreements are in place with each.

This website sets no tracking cookies. No analytics that identify you personally.
